I am enrolled in this class as a part of my Major (Restaurant and Hotel Management). The Grand Hotel is what got me interested in Hospitality. I fell in love with my job once I started working there and decided that I could make a career of it.I have lots of hobbies and interests. I like to do anything that can keep me busy. Working full time and school full time are going to be my hobbies for the next three or four months. Hopefully I will survive ;).But in all seriousness, I am excited to start the semester and this class and I hope everyone else feels the same!
